Pistachio nuts and sesame seeds, with a long glass of vanilla tea... I'd had a large Thai lunch of sweet and sour prawns with coconut rice and needed to balance that out a bit.

^ I agree. I haven't had it in a while. I may have to do something about that. :)

Last night I had 4-H Club Walking Tacos at the local county fair. God they were good.

The night before was spaghetti and meatballs.

Tonight's dinner was a masterpiece of culinary goodness. The ol' American stir fry.

Our local Piggly Wiggly sells the meat from yesterday's rotisserie chicken, pulled from the bone, and in plastic containers the next day, so it's boneless, already cooked... works great for a stir fry, no cooking, cutting, nothing.

Rotisserie chicken, carrots, red peppers, green peppers, peapods, stir fried up in a wok on full heat for four minutes (must stir continuously), over white rice. Used Sweet Baby Ray's terriyaki sauce. Mmmmm.... So much for a diet!

    Tomorrow night is a mystery.

It wasn't for dinner, but I made a Key Lime pie. It was delicious and enjoyed by all!

Decided to try Aberdeen's famous Ashvale fish restaurant. Even the take-away has everything from haddock to cod, skate, salmon, swordfish, lemon sole, turbot, etc.

Attempted the famous Whale (1lb fillet of cod) supper. Before my 2 month diet, I'd have devoured it in one. Today, however, I only just managed it. All by myself too. :D
