My wife and I share a meal of a mixed bowl containing the following once a week:

    - whole wheat catelli spaghetti (approx 2 cups each)
    - Stagg Vegetarian Chili (1 can)
    - fresh cut salsa (incl. tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, onion and chili)
    - some shredded mozzarella
    - piece of whole wheat toast w/margarine

Makes a delicious and nutritious post-workout dinner! :)

Sizzling hot chicken with pineapple followed by tender, pan-fried lamb steaks with a little rice and salad.

    A tuna sandwich. :bolian:

A very careful and detailed choice there, certainly it puts the "anal" into "artisanal Chaources." :bolian:

It was deliciously creamy, with a crumblier centre and a mouldy crust... I dare say nothing more.

Went to Red Robin last night and had their new (in this area anyway) Burning Love burger. Beef seasoned with cayenne pepper, topped by jalapeno jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, deep-fried jalapeno slices, hot salsa and chipotle mayo. Definitely hot and pretty good if you're into that kind of thing like I am.

Organic Italian rice salad. So good, I ate too much and suffered a bit afterwards. :p

Leftover Fleischsalat (Meat Salad) from a party I attended a few days ago. Unfortunately my current gastrointestinal activity strongly implies that the mayonnaise may have gone somewhat bad. :(

A nice vegetable soup and soja protein filled buns. Gonna ruin it all today with lots of pasta, cheese and red wine. Alas...

also, boneless ribs (here prior to baking) in a dry a dry rub of salt, pepper, brown sugar, peprica, and garlic powder. Later they got slathered in bbq sauce for grilling and then devoured until gone :D

It's only a sauce made from a block of white cheddar and a block of Velveeta (egg and milk). I like rigatoni so that the sauce swims through the noodles  I usually add a second box of elbows but I was out so this one got a half box of broken lasagna thrown in. Nothin' special but we love it ;)

Last night, we had a very nice dinner at the Fish City Grill. Best of all, I didn't have to cook.
