A quick update from the field! We have, currently, clear-cut leaders in all three areas! R. Star's maniacally laughing Janeway and Evil Emperor Mickey are leading their respective categories, while JiNX-01's Tom Paris With a Thingie on His Head is crushing the VOY theme competition.

There are some small reports of hanging chads and there might be a little voter suppression but so far everyone has paid the poll tax, despite the fact that it's unconstitutional.

Voting continues as R. Star continues to kick bun in 2 categories and -- in the Voyager theme category -- is also making a strong showing against JiNX-01! Could this be a rare trifecta???

With less than 25 minutes to go, the #s haven't changed. Early risers can expect long lines at polling places as the voters were promised free tacos.
