the costumes are a cross between Star Trek: Final Frontier – [defunct Trek Animated Series] and TNG series.
Damn these kids have a lot of hair. Are those wigs on the boys?!!

I saw part of that on TV. I sometimes wish ABC/Disney owned Trek. Then they could have moved everything from Vegas to Orlando.

 

Well they own Marvel. God knows what might come next.

 

I'll probably watch it, but I have a feeling it will be like watching a 10 car pileup. I will want to look away, but won't be able to.

 

We now have proof that Trek is cool... it's on Disney Channel & spoofed by teenagers! I like the Spock imitation.

 

I may be scarred for life, but I'm watching this right now. Takei is "Rome Tipton", spoiled rich kid, and carries around a teddy bear. Eep.

 

Is that what it means to be cool these days?

Saw this on-reruns while babysitting my niece and nephew. George Takei is a prominent guest-star, playing an airhead. (He's the descendant of the show's regular airhead.) He says "Oh, my!"

One of the twins spoofed Spock; the other imitated Kirk. Naturally, the one who imitated Kirk is the one who typically gets the girls.

 

Anyone remember The Wonder Years spoof of ST years ago?
