It's 7:49 AM on a Saturday as I'm posting this, which could mean only one thing: I didn't sleep last night! Because I am not a morning person, thus the only reason I'd ever be up at such an awful time of day is if I'd yet to be to bed. Anyway, here be the latest bag o' goodies -- oh, and a good note! I got a hold of about 2 or 3 dozen new rare Voyager photos. So that helps with future editions. Now if only I could do likewise for DS9 and Enterprise... http://www.trekcore.com/specials/thumbnails.php?album=158 Favorites: 1st Row, Left: I... don't know if I want to know what's going on between Phlox and T'Pol behind the scenes here... Row 2, Left: To quote Will Riker, "Best poker face I've ever seen." Row 4, Right: "What do you mean you're not going to sing along with me in this scene?" Row 5, Left: A flirty Bill Shatner on the V'GER set. Which do you like?
Awesome shot of De from TMP! I also like the shot of Shat flirting. I also like the case the lady is carrying! lol.
I think this is my favourite thread on the entire BBS. My picks for best photos are: 1st Row, Right: The Paradise Syndrome production shot 5th Row, Left: Shatner flirting (I want to say that's Sherry Lansing that he's with, and 1st Row, Left: Blalock and Billingsley. That is a magnificent laugh, and Honorable Mention: Third Row, Right: ST VI: The Undiscovered Country production shot. Great photos, all around. Thanks. Frontier.
^ LeVar Burton directed 8 VOY episodes, Timeless was one of them. But I grant you that he looks like a painter in that pic! Ilia is the only one that struck me out of these... Persis Khambatta's such a striking woman.
Psst... if anyone is able and wants to, we're having our semi-annual fundraiser over @ TrekCore. I say semi-annual cause we only do it every other year. So that's right, right? It's semi-annual? *Doesn't know...*
Random prop designed to look "spacey" from an early publicity photo. There where a few early PB shots where he or Nimoy are holding odd random-ish objects for no reason.
My only gripe about it is that it obscures Chapel and Scotty, and perhaps that's why it wasn't spread widely. But the idea behind it is sound, and it's just simply great seeing the originals together like that with all that wonderful 60s swagger. Anyway, Row 5, Col. 3 -- Kira's not happy and Damar is *this* close to shooting the director!
I'm so glad I finally checked this thread today. This is the best bunch of pics in a long time. I sure didn't think I'd see anything new from "The Paradise Syndrome."
