Was gonna cook something, but got caught up in all the sports that were on yesterday, and just generally felt like a lazy butt since it's a 3-day weekend.

I jazzed up some leftover chili by adding some more beans and tomatoes to it.

My wife's birthday is tomorrow, but since today is a holiday, we are celebrating it today. I'm gonna make her a Mexican feast.

    Now I'm hungry again!

Meatloaf and real smashed potatoes. I made it myself and no one got sick . . . always a good sign!

Went to Denny's for the first time in a long time and had a modified Western Burger (essentially I got them to remove the tomatoes and onions and add mushrooms)! It was surprisingly excellent.
