Brothers - Solid episode that let Brent Spiner stretch his legs.

 

This Side of Paradise (TOS)

 

TNG, The Battle. Damn, did the Ferengi suck back then. Kudos for Behr and the other DS9 writers for making them better. Armin Shimerman as well.

 

DS9: Business as Usual. An episode I missed originally and only saw for the first time on the DVD's. So this probably only the third time I've seen it.
