I love that the background, while being a delta insignia, also reminds me of the banners hanging in Quark's.
Thanks, but you know what these polls are like: unpredictable. You're right, I hadn't thought of that. The background was inspired by the Danger Mouse title screen.
I can see the inspiration, but it also reminds me more of Quark's. I think it's the heavy black lines in between the colors that pushes me that way.
I have been to quark's bar, and it is still there in the Hilton Vegas. It even has people dressed up like Quark and a few Klingons and other characters from DS9... My friends loved it, having a drink in Quark's Bar... can't be better.
