^Drool-lace! Max drools a lot too - all our bullies did. Only one reason we switched to wood flooring - the carpet stank after a decade of flatulent bulldogs drooling on it . . .
^ Thanks for that! gah! Smoothie, i really thought it WAS a shoelace. That's some serious hard core drool there! No, no pics covering the tinsel removal. I still gag thinking about it. We stopped using tinsel after that episode.
That was a very cute pic of Rupert, but I must convess that I thought it was a shoelace, as well. Power of suggestion, I suppose. Had a similar incident with our cats. Yuck is right. We stopped using tinsel. LOL! But, that reminds me: they've now passed on to the great catnip field in the sky ..., maybe it's time to try tinsel on the tree again this year. Oh, except OUR dogs might find that a little too amusing.
Actually, that was Helena. There's a picture of Rupert looking pretty similar around somewhere, but our friend who took it hasn't sent it to us yet.
I'm an idiot. Now that I look at it again, it's obvious it's your li'l girl. I just have her stuck in my head as a puppy, so assumed that large dark doggie was Rupert. WOW! They do grow up fast, don't they? How old is she now? And how big? My guys just turned 2. Oddly, their weight has been stable for awhile now, but it seems to be redistributing a bit (especially on Kodi) and he's getting bigger through the chest and shoulders.
She's not much of a pup anymore, she'll turn 1 next month. She never really grew that much. She's about full grown and only 53 lbs. Lean almost to the point of being bony. She's ridiculously high strung and emotionally fragile. If you look at her wrong, she will run off and mope for the rest of the day. She's got an amazing nose though. I may sign her up for a nosework class to improve her confidence. She's a total weenie. Rupert is a beast. We took almost 15 lbs off of him, and he's about 88-89 lbs at this point, and the vet says he's good. We fed him puppt food for too long and gave him too many biscuits. He's been on a diet since Thanksgiving of last year. He's 2 1/2 and is getting a really gray muzzle. He's mellowed out and slowed down quite a bit.
Posting this where it belongs as well as in the latest cat club thread: [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lD1P-HoBtHo[/yt]
I already posted one of these, but I'll do it again... This is mai kitteh Cupcake Buttons, whom I found on the side of the road on Thanksgiving. Talk about ironic..lol
Same thing from the picture thread.. meant to put it here originally. My dogs, Milton on the left he's about 8-1/2 years old, Merlin on the right and he's a little less than a year old. And Gomez, he's almost 15 years old.
