I don't know about that. Sometimes it seems to attract them.

You're perfectly aware that we don't know if that's you, or a celebrity politician?

Endgame, like Year of Hell, teased you with what the show could have been like (with actual consequences for the characters), and then pushed the big fat reset button were NONE of the stuff happened that had lasting impact on the characters.

But they tried so hard to make it feel like All Good things... all over again. Right down to stealing the same future uniforms the old folkes from TNG wore. Wasn't it fantastic that we got to celebrate the ghost of TNG so well here that they knew that that's exactly what we'd want for the premature last episode of Enterprise.

The best books have always been because something incomplete happened on the TV.

That's why The Passing of the Techno-Mages trilogy is so fabulous. Lots of incompleteness filled in with great satisfaction.

Ah! I forgot that I was wondering if you were reading those. Good to know.

Good lord I wanted a trial in the final episode!

Did you ever see the 80s William Tell?

It went on for four or 5 years.

    I KNOW!

But the final double sized episode had the bad guy who had been chasing William Tell since the pilot, doing a one man show in his jail cell screaming at God and ranting about unfair the world is that he should be brought down so low, awaiting execution by a simple stupid peasant.

It felt like it should have been a clip show, but it wasn't.

I remember the final episodes of Lexx being really Meta too.

Lexx is on my short list. Since I started making lists it's amazing how much I've covered, though not re-watching Trek has had something to do with that too.

I've been telling people to read the Techno-Mages trilogy for a couple years now.. KINGDANIEL ARE YOU READING THIS? Because I'm telling you again. You should even read it before your read Mosaic. Because it's fantastic.

It's terrible that I know what KingDaniel has yet to read.

So what you're really saying is that I got back to front and sent you the wrong books.

    Frakk.

I am a very slow reader. I am still working my way through the Stargate Atlantis Legacy series on my kindle. Somehow the kindle has ended up on the wrong page and it is taking me forever to get back to wherever I was.
