Somebody remind me where we've seen Victor before. Neither the wife nor I could remember.

Victor was Carla's wrangler. He's the guy that coerced Michael into stealing a sniper's rifle. That, and he's the only person from the Burn Notice Organization to nearly screw up a job Michael was working on.

    Yay, Michael Shanks is back!

Captain Dago, Victor was the "agent" who worked for Carla's people, and was sent to fetch the special gun. He first met Michael on the beach and interfered with his scam on the guy stealing from the rap star. The episode was "Bad Blood," IIRC.

The thing is, if Victor worked for Carla's people, and Carla wants to find who tried to assassinate Michael & screwed up her own plans----er, and it's Victor----does that mean she didn't know her own man was trying to kill Michael? It does, however, seem unlikely that she wouldn't know, since she seemed to know almost every move that Michael made..

    It is puzzling.

    The plot thickens, I guess.

Enjoyable episode, not one of the strongest, but still very entertaining. McGyver-esque in a way, with the explanatory narrative that accompanies the planning scenes.
