During the Marvel TV panel the announced a ton of knew Marvel Knights Animation releases. *They will finish Whedon & Casady's Astonishing X-Men with two more volumes. *Paul Jenkin's and Jae Lee's Inhumans *Joe Quesada, Paul Jenkins and Andy Kubert's Wolverine: Origins *Neil Gaiman's Eternals *Jason Aaron, Esad Ribic, and Ron Garney's Wolverine: Weapon X *Damon Lindelof and Leinil Francis Yu's Ultimate Hulk vs. Wolverine I don't know if anyone else has followed these, but I watched the Spider-Woman: Agent of Sword series, and the first Whedon/Casady's Astonishing X-Men arc and I really enjoyed them. I plan on checking out Iron Man: Extremis soon too.
if they move a little bit, then they're animated. I saw the Thor animated series from 1966 recently. I thought my dvd plyer was broken. Shit didn't move. And the stories seem eerily familiar.. Oh. Frakk me. It's a motion comic. All the first volumes of Marvels red letter titles form their origins have been motion comics since 10 years before I was born... I keep meaning to getting around to Extremis too. I've had it forever.
Marvel Knights Animation is just the title the banner their motion comics under. I made sure to call them motion comics in both the thread title and my post. I'll admit, when I did my first motion comic, the first AXM arc, I wasn't sure what to make of it, but by the time I'd finished Spider-Woman, I actually really liked them.
