What Did You Have For Dinner Last Night?

Grilled tilapia salad and wine.

 

No real "dinner" per se. I've been sick, so I took it easy by noshing on snack foods and soda.

 

I made teriyaki chicken, with steamed veggies and rice. It was pretty yummy.

 

A pepperoni pizza from the pizza shop along the road.

 

Tiny bit of pork loin roast, asparagus and brocolli with garlic, roasted beets, mashed potatoes and sweet peas.

Mm.

 

Just toast since I'm sick right now.

 

Since I was getting over the worst of being sick last night I tried to take it easy on myself and go out for a few small items from a fast-food place.

 

Barbecue baked chicken with roasted potatoes and a salad.

 

Last night, it was breaded shrimp, potatoes and green beans. It was really good.

 

Well, it's after midnight so we're in a new day. LAST night(a mere handful of hours ago) I enjoyed some soft taco wraps with seasoned chicken strips.

 

Had a bit of Hamburger soup...which is one of my favourite soups, but it might still be too heavy an item for me to eat right now, so I didn't eat much of it. Had a piece of toast with it. Still stick but am getting better.

 

Penne pasta in alfredo sauce and with chunks of white chicken.

 

Whole wheat egg white noodles with Ragu, and avocado mixed in.

 

I had Chestnut Pilsner which was pretty incredible, actually brewed with chestnuts, spicy and nutty. And some movie buttered popcorn. This was my dinner which I had while watching TPM in 3D. WHY my local cinema had Chestnut Pilsner I have no idea but I'm not complaining.

 

This was actually from the night before last, but I wanted to share it and I forgot to do so yesterday. It was a homemade stir fry with chicken, minced ginger, broccoli, carrot, red bell pepper, and pineapple, served over rice. Pure deliciousness.

Two pita pocket sandwiches, some chips and little potato salad.

 

I made Chicken & Cashew masala with some steamed rice and steamed beans. So yummy.

 

Ate some Sara Lee Honeycomb ice cream which was on sale. Bad idea.

 

Meatball sub, and it was goood!
