Put in a Star Trek episode and peddle away. It's a great way to spend about 45-50 minutes of time and you get some exercise too. And - you often lose track of time while watching. I've been doing it for years in addition to my regular workout. Enjoy.
Trying to work my way up, I've been doing thirty minutes at a time. Reading Star Trek: Seekers #1 while I'm peddling.
