I think the stardate mentioned in the rendezvous order from Commodore Probert and the one near Earth in TMP would support that.
Same applies for the stardate mentioned in the bridge simulator and the one the Reliant
recorded near Ceti Alpha V in TWOK (but since it began in a simulation we can't be exactly sure)
