. Certain nerve cells can fire fractions of an impuls instead of a full one. That's not a 00/01/10 switch but a 0/0.1/0.2/0.3 ... /1 one (actually it works even in finer grades, I just was too lazy to introduce more digits)
In my experience you can't tell a computer "maybe". It will always require more information of the if/then kind.
could you perhaps give a short example for a maybe programming?
