Monday, Wednesday & Friday are my workout days.
Mainly, I concentrate on pushups and sit-ups. I used
to have free weights in my house, but it requires so
much time and committment, I scaled back until I
finally got rid of them, altogether. Push-ups and sit-ups
seem to suffice. I can always commit to weights, again ...
