Was I missing something here? Imdb is rating it at 6.9/10 and I've seen a lot of positive reviews. But this was boring as paste.

Joan Allen's character automatically thinks her husband has run off to Sweden? Could you bother to look for him? She spends the whole movie being spiteful and never checks if her husband was actually disloyal. Is this supposed to be story line because I didn't find it entertaining one bit.

The only scene saving this from an F is when Kevin Costner's emasculated male lead takes two kicks to bust a door off its hinges and then stands there looking like he's going to pass out. I was howling in laughter.
