Etymologists must be lots of fun at parties.
Darth Vader dark + Lat. vadere, vasus -to walk.Dark walker as opposite of Luke skywalker
Apparently, all those interpretations of "Darth Vader" meaning "Dark Father" over the last 30 years were wrong.
