A question about last night episode.
It showed that the dome was semi-porous in that trace amounts of water can seep through the dome. If that is so shouldn't sound be able to get through much easier than it does in?
The pores or micro fine, so small amoutns of water and air can get in, but anything more solid, like the smoke from the fire, gets trapped either in or out.
The dome has to vibrate in order to transmit any kind of sound. I'm assuming it doesn't vibrate at all.
