it is actually very common for boys to be raised as girls until they hit puberty, their testes descend and their penises grow.
But when girls hit puberty, what happens? Menstruation. And that's what has me puzzled, because if genetically a person is female, complete with uterus and Fallopian tubes, then wouldn't they menstruate? Or is it that the organs are there but somehow inert... live organs but not performing reproductive related functions? Why can't I ask questions like this without getting pounced on? I'm not trying to be a dickhead, just expand understanding.
