According to the unofficial BSG blog, this scene happens when Lucy Lawless' character--a reporter--just barges into the locker rooms with a camera. Supposedly, according to Katie Sackhoff, they had to do more than one take because the director noticed that Ms. Lawless couldn't seem to maintain eye contact with Bamber while doing the scene. Her eyes....wandered.
