Probably my fanwank...but I interpreted that scene as:
Guinan: "(Something good and prophetic sounding)"
Picard: "Really? (getting his hopes up)"
Guinan: "(Not what Picard was wanting to hear)"
And look on their faces as the Borg Depth Charges start hitting. Awesome.
