When it comes to attire, I generally wear things I find comfortable to wear. But speaking in general terms, would I wear a camo tie, probably not. As for a camo vest surely that would be worn under a shirt. Though I wouldn't wear a camo waistcoat as part of a formal occasion. (and yes I do know US Vest = UK Waistcoat)
