I had concerns but after talking to my doctor and physical therapy team I decided to give it a go. I like what is happening but will most likely eat regular foods for a week or two so that I don't drop it too quick. I've had some juices that were just vile and others that are great. I must admit that I'm just a little psyched over this, now it's time to throw in exercise. It's too bad I've just recently torn my rotator cuff in my left shoulder as I was also lifting weights. Oh well, I'll just have to figure something else out.
