In his interviews with Francois Truffaut, Hitchcock said the actual filming of a movie was his least favorite part of the process, because by then he'd already planned it through in his head. The book, simply titled Hitchcock/Truffaut, has discussions of all his films, and is illustrated. My first copy wore out so I bought another.
