It was sort of a revelation to me how great a performance Amanda Tapping gave in this episode as Naomi. I guess not delivering a shit-ton of exposition (see SG-1 or Sanctuary for her remarkable ability to info-dump like a champ) gave her a chance to really stretch her acting muscles. She seems like she's having a lot of fun with the role and makes a nice counterpart to Crowley.
This episode also made me really like Meg, for the first time since season one. A great high note to go out on for the character but her end was particularly brutal.
All of the actors -- leads and recurring guests alike -- knocked it out of the park with this one.
