That Star Trek was sexist in the 60's hardly makes it okay to be sexist today.
The scene could very well be somewhat meaningful in the movie, most likely it's supposed to make us laugh, but in the context of the trailer it's really strange. It's just a woman in underwear, totally unrelated to the rest of the trailer. She should not be there,
It isn't sexist, it's using sex appeal. Sex sells, that's why they use it. The last movie showed Uhura in a bra and Kirk was shown without a shirt. Roddenbery actually commented that he used women as sex objects, but he also used men the same way and planned on continuing the tradition. The new movies are actually following in his example. Men and women like seeing people like little clothing on. There's nothing sexist about that.
