First step, line up Quentin Tarantino to direct.

After a three-year battle waged to determine ownership of sequel and separated rights on the CBS sitcom Hogan’s Heroes, creators Albert S. Ruddy and the late Bernard Fein have been granted all rights. Ruddy will work with Fein’s estate to develop a feature film ensemble comedy using the show’s clever WWII German prison camp premise.
Greg Kinnear is an obvious choice for Hogan, but how about Col. Klink? Sgt Schultz?
I hate Will Ferrell, but I can see him playing an over-the-top Klink.
"They have to help the viewers let go. Firefly did a movie to wrap things up. Buffy the Vampire Slayer continued on as a comic book. Heroes gradually lowered the quality season by season until we were grateful it ended. - Sheldon Cooper
