Has anyone ever tried the 100 push-up challenge?
Has anyone ever tried the 200 sit-up challenge?
I am wondering, because I am looking at the programs:
They seem to be good, but I am not someone who tried exercise programs in the past. Wondering if anyone has some experience with these programs.
