As mentioned BC is not the only ones who've speculated about who Harper is going to be in the future.
RIP actually took place at the same time as Final Crisis IRRC as we discovered Bruce was trapped inside Desaad's dream machine. The whole thing was constructed to be Darkseid's ultimate trap for Bruce...and of course Bruce escaped it
