I think they are disgusting, overly fatty chocolate and horrible sugar goo with no flavour other than SUGAR. However the kahlua idea has merit.. reduce the sugar in the goo by half, inject the kahlua (the real thing, not kahlua flavouring) and make the egg out of dark chocolate without that greasy fatty quality.
Have mini versions that are sold to .. DROP INTO COFFEE. Like a shot of whiskey dropped into a beer. It sits there.. it diffuses..
