Yeah, I'd probably give
Inter Arma 4 or 4.5 stars, tbh. I love the episode, but, like
Seige earlier in the season, it's highly derivative in certain respects. In this case, derivative of Cold War espionage stories, rather than war movies.
Like
Seige, it's still an important episode, though, and, as you say, it's firmly rooted in the tradition of
ItPM.
It's less innovative than that episode, though. I would say the same when comparing it to
Chimera.
