I just think they gave up on trying to do anything with Chloe in the DCU/52'Verse. Those back up stories were kind of boring to be honest anyway and didn't bring anything to the character. Besides which we still have Chloe proper in Season 11 thanks to Bryan Miller and that's enough for me
