Wouldn't mind as much if Matthew Vaughn wasn't in the runnings to direct. He's proven himself more worthy of handing a fantasy film with no need for lens flares and beating on the camera. |
Much like Zack Snyder and
Man of Steel, Abrams will have to work within the framework of
Star Wars. Disney will likely require lens flares and "shakey-cam" be kept to a minimum if not eliminated entirely.
