Agreed. I think he's been in more non-Trek movies than anyone else save for Patrick Stewart perhaps. Then again, they may have had to pay him more because of that. |
I think a cameo for O'Brien in FC would have been fine like the Doctor in sickbay, but anything more than that and they would have needed to give Meaney a main cast credit, but the producers were unwilling to do that.
