I know I'm contrary but this is one of my favourites.
Nechayev is so powerful, she's inches from taking Picards command away and handing it over to Riker, who will resign rather that benefit from the bushwacking Picard, and then it's the Captain Data Show.
Sadly a missed opportunity.
