This Ron Cherry guy might be my favorite official in College Football. It seems like whenever he is reffing, the entire rulebook has to be used, with the unusual calls and all. He actually did a decent job explaining both the 1-point safety (Loved the "Unusual ruling" bit) and what that clip showed. Too funny.
