Last update for 2012!

Had to go out to Drafthouse Lake Creek for the re-release of Monsters Inc in 3D. I liked it more this time than the first time I watched it, when it originally came out on DVD.

Followed that up with the new Tom Cruise movie at Drafthouse Slaughter. Its obvious he's tryin' to make a new franchise, but I'd rather see another Mission: Impossible. I did pick up One Shot by Lee Child, though...

Went to Drafthouse South Lamar for a double feature over the weekend.

Started out with Les Miserables, which was the first time I've seen that story...I thought it was pretty good.

Followed that up with The Guilt Trip, which was pretty bad, but still had its moments.

Used Netflix to watch 2 Days in New York, which sucked.

And finally watched Flags of Our Fathers on DVD. Took a couple of tries to finish it, just 'cause of my work schedule and gettin' distracted by The West Wing on Netflix.

So, my count, that's 353 "new to me" movies for the year.
