Saw it in in 3D last night. I enjoyed it and gave it a B+. It never quite reached the heights of the previous trilogy, and it was repetitive. You could tell that several elements were shoehorned in and really unnecessary in my opinion. There's no reason this movie couldn't have been about 2 hours and more effective.
It is far better to grasp the universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring. Carl Sagan
