You might hate this answer, but each had "favorite" qualities, which is why they played off of each other so well. However, certain running character interplay themes could be favorites, such as the bickering/insults/emerging brotherhood of Hardison and Elliot, Sophie's frustration with Nate doing his best to pull away from true intimacy over the years, or Hardison seeing through Parker's traits (others would describe as weird) to see and love her for who she is.
