Roy Harper coming to Starling City

Erstwhile Teen Wolf star Colton Haynes has landed a recurring role on Arrow.

The actor, who in early October hinted at his departure from the MTV hit, joins the CW drama as Roy Harper, a “handsome, street-savvy” teen who falls for Oliver’s little sister, TV Guide Magazine report
