This happened to me once. Go to a spacedock and switch your ships. reassign your crew. then switch back to the old ship and reassign. That fixed it for me. |
Don't even need to do that. Just go to your status screen and replace them. It just needs to change from before for each one (ie, it needs a new boff/None before you change back).
