As far as I know, Starfleet Marines exist only in FASA's RPG sourcebooks and maybe some fanfiction.
IIRC,
Star Trek Online has the Enterprise's MACOs still active and a separate entity in the early 25th century.
There are no mention of marines in the Trek novelverse.
