I forwarded my concerns to Bill Hunt at The Digital Bits, and I just received this reply:
Yeah, I’m aware of the issues. Thankfully, CBS isn’t making this mistake again. It’s certainly an issue, but my feeling is that the damage could have been worse. And as I said, at least CBS learned their lesson. They aren’t outsourcing anymore.
