Some very nice comic elements in this story from the return of Quark's advertisement at the beginning of "The Quickening" to the dog shedding fur all over Lefler's uniform (I myself have a cat of an exotic breed whose fur is all over the place) to vole infestations. Oh, the horror.
Just curious as to whether there's going to be any kind of crisis in this story or is that for the next one involving the Cardassian delegation that has had numerous passing references?
