^Ah, ok. -Didn't know it was a nuclear plant, all I can see are cooling towers (which -just btw- neither Fukushima nor Chernobyl had).
ETA: That's wrong, my bad, they do use towers like that at Chernobyl...
As it turns out, those towers appear to have been part of a coal-fired power plant near Cape Town
. I just associated that sort of tower with nuke plants because that's where I've most often seen them in use.
