I once shared a train ride with a gentleman that worked for Mr. John Kelly (Grace's Dad)
Mr. Kelly was famous, successful athlete, politician and businessman.
He was Mr. Kelly's driver for many years, then when Grace got to be a teenager, he became her driver. He told me that his *real* job was preserving Grace's virginity! He was paid extra for it. He said he chased many boys away and was quite relieved when Grace became "of age" and he could retire.
