The last of the David Lean epics that I hadn't seen (apart from Ryan's Daughter, but that's been quietly forgotten by most people), on the big screen at the Cineplex. Definitely a remarkable piece of filmmaking. I'd be interested to know what Lean would be doing with today's CGI technology.
