I may be wong, but I was always under the impression that at least two scripts were reworked from Phase II: The Child, and Devil's Due.

You aren't mistaken,
Devil's Due was a reworked Phase II script...but that was season 4, and M said there was only one re-used script in
season 2.
Either way, it's not "many" as that article claimed.
